0000081: erro ao inicializar o BFW 3.0.252 na ASUS K8N

Description

Fui atualizar a versão do BFW 3.0.241 (se não me engano) e
derrepente... não liga o BFW, coloquei o monitor e tá lá mensagens da
seguinte maneira mostrada na foto, o mesmo acontece com o CD de instalação mostrado no video do youtube, testes feitos em 2 PCs com hardware identicos.

MB: ASUS K8N (nvidia4)
Proc: AMD sempron 2600
VGA-agp: ati radeon 9600

favor dar a atenção que o caso requer.
